SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We will always aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours (working days) of confirmation. During busier times, we estimate 2-5 working days.
Next-day express delivery is available as an option at cost, as long as the order is placed Monday to Thursday, before 12pm.
Orders placed on Friday after noon, including express delivery, will be delivered/shipped from the following Monday.

We always use a certified courier or Royal Mail whom we trust to deliver safely and securely. Orders may require a signature upon delivery; this ensures that your parcel ends up exactly where it needs to be. Each parcel has a tracking number that we pay close attention to throughout its journey.
All of our packaging is recycled & recyclable. We are a planet-positive company and so we do recycle packaging materials where appropriate. Please try to recycle your packaging too.​

Please note that larger or heavier goods may incur an extra fee for delivery to certain parts of Scotland and NI. If you are looking to place an order for delivery to these destinations, please contact us at the office prior to ordering so that we can verify the costs.

We cannot take responsibility for any customs charges so please research if these charges apply to your particular country prior to placing your order as it will be your responsibility to pay for those​

Christmas Deliveries
** The last guaranteed posting date for standard pre-Christmas delivery is Tuesday 17th December, for next-day express it's Thursday 19th December before noon. ** Due to possible Royal Mail Postal delays deliveries may unfortunately be subject to those delays - we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Return & Exchange Policy
We hope that you will love our products and become a valued part of your beautiful home, however, obviously sometimes there are circumstances in which you wish to return something. If you are not entirely satisfied with your products we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. Products must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange if 14 days has passed from the original purchase date.

Please email us as soon as possible at contact@irislifestyle.store if you’d like to return your products. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the return postage cost. It is your choice to decide how to return your goods but we advise you to insure your parcel as we are unable to issue credit for goods which are lost or damaged in transit. Please note: the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us therefore, please pack and send goods back as securely as possible and do ask for proof of postage.
Allow at least 7 days for us to process your return. Any postage costs for the original order sent from us to you are non-refundable. Your refund or exchange will be for the cost of goods only.

You must include your customer order details with the package; we cannot offer a refund without the full order details (Name, Address and Order Reference Number). If you can’t find your Order Reference Number, please contact us before posting any returned items. Please also obtain proof of postage.
Refunds can only be made to the card used for purchase and will only be processed once the item has been received by us.
If we find that the product has been returned to us in anything less than a fully resalable condition due to usage or lack of packaging during the return transit, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
When you buy online or by phone in the UK or EU, you have additional rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Damaged and Faulty goods
We advise you to check your purchase as soon as you receive it. Please notify us via email: contact@irislifestyle.store or phone: +44 (0) 1223 846129 or in writing at the address below.
We will exchange any item in the unlikely event that it is faulty and a full refund will be given if the item is in it's original packaging and unused. Customers outside of the EU will be refunded the cost of damaged and faulty items (including shipping) but we do not offer exchanges.
For international orders; if you find your items were damaged in transit, we will offer a full refund on the original order (including postage), but we will not send a replacement due to the costs involved in international shipping. Please notify us immediately and include a photograph of the damaged goods and packaging.
